How to withdraw funds?
The withdrawal is available only through the two-factor authentication. If you haven’t activated it yet, you can do it now.
Do not withdraw funds directly to an ICO smart contract address. We will not credit your account with tokens from this sale. Participate in ICO campaigns only through your personal addresses.
In the Funds section, open the Withdraws tab and choose the coin you would like to withdraw from the drop-down list.
Or select the cryptocurrency in the Balances tab and proceed to withdrawal by clicking Withdraw near the selected cryptocurrency.
The following information will appear: the total amount of this coin in your wallet, the available amount for withdrawal and the amount reserved in orders.

Any coin withdrawal, except USDT
Specify the wallet address where you would like to send your cryptocurrency.
Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you want to withdraw. If you want to withdraw the total amount, use the MAX button.
Below you will see the amount you will receive and the fee which will be credited for this transaction. The button Submit a request for withdrawal will become available - click it.
In the popped out window, enter the 6-digit code from the Google Authenticator application on your phone.
You will see a confirmation message that your withdrawal request was successfully submitted. You will be able to track the status of your transaction by going to the withdrawal history.
USDT withdrawal
Select a convenient protocol among the available ones (ERC-20 or Omni). By default, ERC-20 is selected.
Specify the wallet address where you want to send USDT. If the address doesn’t match the selected protocol, you will see an error message asking you to enter the correct address.
Enter the USDT amount, that you want to withdraw. If you want to withdraw the total amount, use the MAX button.
Below you will see the amount you will receive and the fee which will be credited for this transaction. The button Submit a request for withdrawal will become available — click it.

Tracking transaction status
You can track the status of your transactions in the withdrawal history tab, situated on the right side of the screen. Click Refresh to manually update the status.

The transaction is completed, the money was sent to the specified wallet.
