How to buy crypto with a bank card on KickEX?
The service of buying crypto with bank cards on KickEX is provided by Mercuryo – a cryptocurrency payment gateway and a wallet service owned and operated by a third party.
❗️The purchase of cryptocurrency with a bank card is available only to verified KickEX users who are NOT citizens of the countries specified below.
How to buy crypto with a bank card?
Go to the "Funds" section, then click on Buy crypto tab. Select the fiat currency (for example, USD) and the cryptocurrency you want to purchase (for example, BTC). You can find them in the drop-down list or start typing the ticker. After that, the current rate will appear under the fiat currency.
Enter in the converter:
- or the amount of fiat money* that you are willing to spend on a purchase;
- or the amount of cryptocurrency* you want to receive.
* The second amount will be calculated automatically according to the current exchange rate.
Click on the Buy Crypto button. You will be redirected to our partner Mercuryo page.
Enter your valid phone number and move to right the slider "I agree with Terms of Service”. The Buy... button will become available - just click on it.
A verification code will be sent to the number you specified. Enter it in the window that has appeared.
Then enter your email address and click Next.
Enter the verification code from the email.
You will now need to fill in your personal information. Please, enter your first name, last name, and date of birth, then click on Next.
Personal data must be entered exactly as it is written in your passport or ID. You cannot change them later.
Indicate the number of the card with which you will pay for the purchase of the cryptocurrency, its expiration date, CVC, and the name of the holder. Click the Buy... button.
Confirm the payment and you will see the information that the payment has been completed.
The crypto deposit data will appear on KickEX, go to "Funds" section and then check the Transaction History tab and then click on the "Buy crypto" tab.
What countries are available to buy crypto with a card?
Unfortunately, at the moment, users from these countries – even if they successfully completed KYC on KickEX – will not be able to buy cryptocurrencies for fiat via Mercuryo:

What payment methods are supported with Mercuryo?
Visa and MasterCard are accepted – virtual, prepaid, debit and credit cards. Maestro and PayPal cards are not accepted. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available also.
SEPA Bank Transfer is available in the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Austria, Poland, Latvia, Belgium, Hungary, Lithuania, Romania.
The limits:
The minimum transaction amount is €25, maximum – €30,000 (or equivalent in other currencies). You can always view the latest maximum and minimum amounts when transacting in Widget.
