Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the login page or go to id.kickex.com/restore.
Password recovery page will automatically open. Write the email that you used for registration. Make sure you have access to it.
Once you have written your email, click Proceed.
First, a security check window will pop-up. Enter the security code in the empty field.
Click Proceed.
Now, check your email.
You will receive an email from noreply@mg.kickex.com with the title password recovery. Open it and click the button Reset Your Password in the centre of the message.
Please note, that the password recovery link will expire in 24 hours. If for some reason the time is over, send a new request to reset your password.
After that, you will be redirected to the password recovery page.
IMPORTANT! Request a new password and change it from the same IP address.
Enter your new password, confirm it. The new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 number, 1 small and 1 capital letter. Click Renew Password.
You will see a confirmation that the password has been changed, and you can sign in to KickEX with a new password.
If you haven't received the email within 5 minutes, check the Spam folder. In case if the mail is still missing, and you are sure that you are entering the same email address entered during registration, send a second request.
