What is 2FA and why is it needed?
Two-factor authentication (also known as 2FA or two-step verification) is an additional measure to protect your account. After enabling 2FA, you will need to enter:
- login and password;
- one-time six-digit code.
Two-factor authentication requires a mobile phone.
2FA is an additional measure of protecting your funds; when it is enabled, it is practically impossible for unauthorized persons to enter your account.
How to enable 2FA?
First, you need to go to your KickID account.
If you are not authorized, go to kickex.com and login in the usual way.
If authorized, go to kickex.com/settings/personal or, when on the KickEX exchange page, click the button in the upper right corner.
In KickID, select the Security tab.
At the bottom of the page is the inscription Two-Factor Authentication, and next to it is the button Enable. Click it.
Using Google Authenticator, scan the QR code in the window that appears and click the button Enter code.
Enter the verification code that appeared on your phone screen.
Now your account is better protected.
